Recipe Developing 

From a triple layer toffee apple, walnut and date cake, to a Manchego and chorizo pull-apart bread  – with a vegan, raw and gluten free banoffee pie in between – I write and develop recipes exactly according to their brief.

 

Clients range from supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsbury’s (online, magazine and books) to magazines such as Good Housekeeping and WeightWatchers to brands such as Lucy Bee or organisations such as the British Egg Industry Council.

 

Every recipe is developed and then thoroughly tested before submitting it, to make sure it works exactly as written. Below you can find some examples of my work. Please contact me if you are looking for a recipe developer.
